SHERI FEJERAN OWNER/BROKER CALBRE 01217478 Sheri D. Fejeran brings a diverse background in real estate after assisting a local Manhattan Beach top producer for several years; as an individual top performing agent and as an operating partner for the South Bay Team. Sheri has received numerous individual awards including the first Los Angeles Business Journal real estate honor as Mentor of the Year for Los Angeles County; Realtor® of the Year for the South Bay Association of Realtors (2010) and Broker of the Year for the South Bay Association of Realtors (2013). With degrees from Arizona State University and California Coast University, Sheri also has the honor of holding the following real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-PRO Certified, Quality Service Certified (QSC) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Sheri is very involved with organized real estate (local, state and national) and within her own company as the Broker of Record.
