It was a painful decision since we had been in the house for 25 years. Sheri knew that and helped us “emotionally” to let go of our past and to transition into the beautiful home we are in today in El Segundo. Our first choice for a realtor was our friend Sheri and her SouthBay team given our experience with her during the purchase of our house. The sale was complicated by the fact that a relocation agency, Altair, maintained control of the selling process. I had met another realtor and felt the need to keep looking until I was referred to her. She was surprised I had not been looking on my own. I explained I wasn’t much of a shopper. There was never a time where we could not get a hold of Sheri. It seemed like they were working all the time for us. Any challenges or issues that came up, they took care of or found a way to fix with our minimal involvement.
